Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Process Pros Co. website (the “Site”), purchasing our products, or participating in our programs—including The Backend Business Hub and Done-For-You Systems + VA Services—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
Services Provided
Process Pros Co. provides digital business support services, including:
- Backend systems setup and consulting
- Virtual assistant training and delegation strategy
- Online memberships, templates, and trainings
Note: We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. All content, resources, and guidance are for educational and operational purposes only.
Account Access
Some services may require registration. You are responsible for maintaining your account information and password. Sharing your login with others is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.
Memberships: Subscriptions provide access to course materials for a single user. Sharing credentials will result in termination.
Done-For-You Clients: For select clients, Process Pros Co. may hire and manage virtual assistants on your behalf. All implementation is custom and confidential. Clients pay Process Pros Co. directly—not the virtual assistants.
Community Conduct: You are responsible for your actions while using any Process Pros Co. services, including participation in community spaces such as calls, Slack, or forums. Bullying, spam, or any inappropriate behavior will result in content removal, suspension, or termination of access at our discretion.
Privacy & Cookies
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy: processprosco.com/privacy-policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in these policies.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Post content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful;
- Interfere with the Site, other users, or any systems, servers, or networks;
- Upload viruses or other harmful software;
- Misrepresent your identity or share your account with others.
We may remove content or terminate access at our discretion.
Content Ownership & Use
All content on the Site—including logos, graphics, text, videos, and courses—is owned by Process Pros Co. or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission. By uploading content to the Site, you retain ownership of your own content, but grant Process Pros Co. a license to use it for providing services.

We may remove infringing content or terminate access to users violating copyright laws.
Purchases & Payment Terms
When purchasing any product or service from Process Pros Co. (each a “Transaction”), you may need to provide payment and contact information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and authorize Process Pros Co. to share it with third parties as necessary to complete the Transaction. Verification may be required before completion.
All sales are final. Digital products, subscriptions, courses, coaching sessions, and other virtual offerings are non-refundable, including partial or prorated refunds. Upon purchase, you gain immediate access to the content or services. Access terminates immediately upon cancellation or expiration of a subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current period.
If a payment fails, you are responsible for updating your payment information to avoid service termination. All payments are made directly to Process Pros Co. and not to any virtual assistant.
All services are customized and confidential, and Process Pros Co. retains discretion over the methods and personnel used to deliver them.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All products and services are provided “as is” and for educational or operational purposes only, without any warranties of any kind. Process Pros Co. does not guarantee that any product, service, or content will meet your specific requirements, be suitable for your particular situation, or be error-free or uninterrupted. Process Pros Co. is not liable for business losses, missed deadlines, or hiring mishaps.
Limitation of Liability:
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the six (6) months prior to a claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including damages for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or failure to achieve intended results.
- We are not responsible for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as internet outages, fire, flood, or other force majeure events.
- You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for determining whether our products or services meet your needs, and any use or implementation is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
General Terms
These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Process Pros Co. and you regarding the Site, Content, products, and services provided on the Site. These Terms supersede and replace any prior oral or written understandings or agreements between you and Process Pros Co. regarding the Content, products, or services provided on the Site. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt to do so without consent will be null and void. Process Pros Co. may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. These Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
Any notices or other communications provided by Process Pros Co. under these Terms, including modifications to these Terms, will be given by posting on the Site.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such rights. Any waiver will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Process Pros Co. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, the exercise of any remedy under these Terms will be without prejudice to other remedies available under these Terms or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms will be construed as creating a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Process Pros Co., and you have no authority to create any obligation on our behalf.
